We first met Cesare (pronounced chez-a-ray) 9 years ago on a photo shoot and immediately fell in love with him and his food. If you’ve never had the pleasure of a meal at his restaurant Salumeria Rosi, located on the upper west side of Manhattan, do yourself a favor and bring someone you love there for a fantastic culinary trip through Tuscany. And as Cesare says, “being Italian is not about the food you eat or the styles you wear but embracing simplicity, knowledge and enjoyment of life”. Here! Here! You’ll definitely find this attitude embraced in every dish you try and in the warm, wonderful vibe of the restaurant and staff.
